Because many of our products are made to order or produced in limited quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, changes, or cancellations once an order has been placed.  

No size exchanges

Please review our sizing charts carefully before ordering. We are unable to offer size exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

Lead times

Since our products are made to order, the lead times may vary based on the amount of orders received.  Please allow approximately 4-8 weeks for delivery after your order is placed.  We will email you tracking information when your order has shipped.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
